Description du projet :
Over the last two decades many hospitality companies, especially hotel and restaurant chains, have started to pursue an asset-light strategy, which has led to a transformation of the complete industry. This project aims at bringing forward an in-depth analysis of the asset-light strategy and its implication for the industry and its stakeholders. A special emphasis will be put on financial consequences for hospitality companies and the modification of risk-return characteristics such a strategic decision entails.
