Loanne Janin holds a PhD in Applied Linguistics from the University of Neuchâtel.
She is working as a postdoctoral researcher in the Human-Centered Computing Group at the Institute of Informatics, HES-SO Valais-Wallis, in the SNSF project "Beyond Novelty: Everyday Use of AI in medical education and practice" (https://data.snf.ch/grants/grant/10006293).
Her research interests cover multimodal conversation analysis in educational and medical contexts, human-computer interaction, as well as language teaching and learning.
